Beef, Chicken, or Fish | Which One To Pick?
It is certainly wedding season right now, so we asked ourselves the age-old wedding menu question – what should we serve our guests? The simple answer is that crowd-pleasers like beef tenderloin and chicken breasts are the way to go, but that doesn’t mean you have to select boring options.
Take our seared salmon, celery root puree and root vegetable medley plated dish pictured above – it is anything but ordinary.
The trick is to take a standard and work with your chef or catering manager to put your own spin on it. That said, feel free to take some more risks with your passed hors d’oeuvres – one bite of a bold flavor is always fun and a way to have guests experiment!
