Feel the breeze and sunshine while practicing the asanas.

Our yogis practice Downward Facing Dog pose, or adhomukhasvana (AH-doh MOO-kah shvah-NAHS-anna), every weekend during our wellness classes.

Downward dog calms the brain, energizes the body, and helps relieve stress and mild depression. It stretches the shoulders, hamstrings, calves, arches and hands, as well as strengthens the arms and legs.

Join us for free wellness classes every Saturday at 9 a.m. and Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
