The Edgewater Spa Director Kelleye Heydon Named to ISPA Board
Kelleye Heydon, spa director at The Edgewater Spa, has been named to the 2018 International Spa Association (ISPA) Board of Directors.
“We’re thrilled that Kelleye has been recognized by her peers,” says Amy Supple, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The Edgewater. “Her commitment to health and wellness will benefit The Edgewater and our guests, as well as spas across the country through her new role on the ISPA Board.”
ISPA is recognized worldwide as the professional organization and voice of the spa industry, representing health and wellness facilities and providers in more than 70 countries.
“We are grateful for the dedication of those that step up each year and apply to serve their association,” says Lynne McNees, ISPA president. “We appreciate the volume of applicants and are incredibly excited to welcome the new board members to an already exceptional group of strong leaders serving the spa industry.”
As Director of The Edgewater Spa, Heydon oversees operations of The Spa, Salon, Wellness Center and Spa Boutique.
A graduate of Eastern Washington University with a degree in Recreation Management, Heydon has spent over 18 years in the spa industry as a director/manager, retail buyer and skin care representative.
Prior to joining The Edgewater, she worked in some of the finest resort properties in the northwest, including The Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Seattle’s historic Washington Athletic Club and Spa.
