Join us as we unveil our proprietary Edgewater 1948 Bourbon, in celebration of The Edgewater’s 75th Anniversary.
As part of the Knob Creek Single Barrel Experience, The Edgewater hand selected a flavor profile that matched the one-of-a-kind experience only our urban resort offers. You’ll find balanced notes of vanilla and oak complimented beautifully by a hint of spice, leading to a nice long finish. It is truly the perfect complement to any classic cocktail or enjoyed on the rocks.
Edgewater 1948 was aged in warehouse “N” on the 6th floor in the 9th rick and barreled on 1/8/2014 at a 120 proof.
To celebrate Edgewater 1948, Executive Chef Juan Martinez has curated a pairing menu rich in flavor for an intimate Bourbon Dinner on June 28.
