The Statehouse – The Edgewater’s signature restaurant – is participating in this year’s Summer Restaurant Week! Enjoy Modern Midwestern cuisine at its finest while taking in incredible views of Lake Mendota.
This year’s menu includes lunch and dinner options ($15 and $35, respectively) that showcase Chef Juan’s creative twists on classic Wisconsin fare. For lunch, choose from our signature Augie’s Cheese Burger—a double patty topped with applewood smoked bacon and more, our new Porchetta Sandwich garlic & spiced pork belly & loin, arugula, red pepper mustard (one of our favorites!), or our classic Steak Salad, a must try with grilled hanger steak, roasted seasonal vegetables, parsnip chips and balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner features choices that include Crispy Skin Chicken with rosemary mashed red potato and baby carrots, Wisconsin Farmed Char with green beans, sweet peppers and pickled mustard seeds or our yummy Quinoa and Kale Salad that features butternut squash, apple, marcona almonds, dried cherries, and a few more special ingredients!
For dessert, you’ll have a hard time choosing between our chocolate layer cake and lemon meringue tart.
