Summer Salad Series: The Nicoise

To make at home:

  1. Toss field greens with fingerling potatoes, kalamata olives, green beans and halved grape tomatoes with anchovy dressing.
  2. Top with lightly seared tuna, salt, pepper, and a quartered hard-boiled egg.
