Enjoy a brunch buffet in The Grand Ballroom featuring a live jazz quartet, pop-up flower shop and a gift and craft station for kids to create something special just for mom. Guests will experience made-to-order buttermilk waffles, eggs and omelets as well as a Mediterranean Quiche with piquillo sweet peppers, olives, spinach and feta. Executive Chef Joe Heppe will also feature a sampling of salads (Waldorf Smoked Chicken, Red Wine Fig & Spinach, French Bean & Spring Asparagus and more), carving stations, and sweet treats ranging from Frosted Almond Butter Cake Cookies and Macaroons to a Chocolate Glazed Strawberry Crème Puff.
