The Statehouse — The Edgewater’s signature restaurant — is excited again to be part of the beloved tradition of Madison Restaurant Week, which runs from Sunday night, January 17 through Saturday, January 23. Reserve a table online now and choose from this amazing menu:

DINNER $35

(Order a three-course meal by choosing one item from each category)
 
APPETIZERS
Cauliflower bisque, cilantro crème fraiche, golden raisin pesto toast.
Duck flat bread, evalon cheese, piquillo ‘nduja marinara, chicories
Warm squash salad, smoked almonds, date mosto, sheep’s milk cheese
 
ENTRÉES
Skate schnitzel, late harvest corn soubise, ginger caper beurre noisette
Umami braised short rib, winter radish, roasted barley, tokyo turnip puree
Mushroom cavatelli, poached egg, arugula pesto, black garlic bread crumbs
 
DESSERTS
Basque cake, winter fruit compote, pumpkin honey, tonka bean crème anglaise
Chocolate cremeaux, salted cashew butter, chocolate crisp, butter “scotch”
