Easter Brunch at The Edgewater

We invite you and yours to spend Easter at The Edgewater.

Choose from our Grand Ballroom Easter Brunch Buffet or enjoy a delicious four-course prix fixe dinner at The Statehouse, Sunday, April 1. Reservations are required.

At The Grand Ballroom Brunch Buffet, Guests will be treated to assorted Madison Sourdough breakfast pastries and made-to-order buttermilk & carrot cake waffles, eggs and omelets. A slow roasted tomato and asparagus quiche will also be served, in addition to spicy maple glazed pork belly and apple and gouda chicken sausage.  A sampling of salads and soups are available as well as a garlic and herb crusted prime rib carving station.  And to satisfy your sweet-tooth, you’ll experience a decadent dessert station of cakes, cookies and truffles. Have some family fun with a special pint-sized buffet for the little ones.

Kids big and small will enjoy Easter egg decorating, spring crafts (think Jelly Bean bracelets, bunny bags for all of your goodies and more…!), glitter tattoos from our friends at Funny Faces Entertainment, an Easter candy buffet and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.
