Brew-Inspired Summer Spa Treatments
Our New Spa Menu Complements “Brewgrass Fridays” Summer-Long Series Of Music + Local Brews
This year during Madison Craft Beer Week we kicked off Brew-Inspired Summer Spa Treatments – blending key ingredients like coffee, vanilla bean, apricots, peaches and cranberries into soothing spa treatments that are topped off with sips of some of Wisconsin’s finest handcrafted beers. These treatments will be offered throughout the summer.
“Many of the vitamin-infused ingredients found in quality craft beers lend themselves to nourishing spa treatments, too. It seemed like a natural fit to blend the two, and we had fun putting together treatments that paid tribute to local favorites.”
Spa Director Kelleye Heydon.
Door County Brewing Co Silurian Stout Body Treatment
This caffeinated treatment offers a jolt of renewal! Begin with a Triple Shot Caramel Coffee Scrub featuring shea butter, sugar and a kick of caffeine and Arabica bean extract. A dark chocolate mask, with anti-aging CoQ10 enzymes is then applied, leaving skin caressed and ultra-smooth. After this power packed mask has helped to renew, you’ll enjoy a light Sweet Cream Body Milk Lotion application, sealing in moisture with a blend of natural oils, including jojoba and sweet almond.
Following the treatment, dive into the delicious depths of a Silurian Vanilla Milk Stout with chocolate and dark malts, a hint of coffee, lactose sugar and vanilla bean. Ruling land and sea, this legendary milk stout is unlike anything of our time.

Ale Asylum Tears of My Enemies Pedicure
Dip your feet into a creamy apricot soak as you dream of soaking your feet in the tears of your Enemies. Breath in and out deeply as feet and lower legs are thoroughly exfoliated with a Whipped Shea sugar scrub with hints of southern peaches, revealing new, soft and smooth skin. A light-hearted Pajama Paste mask offers succulent yogurt, honey and oat that quenches the skin’s thirst. Finally, enjoy a silky massage with a floral custard infusion containing blood orange oil and whipped Shea butter. Live fruit cells leave feet feeling dewy and radiant – just what we need to rise above our enemies!
Following your pedicure enjoy an Ale Asylum Tears of My Enemies–zesty and bold upon the first sips, with luscious notes of apricots, peaches and oranges. Feel like you’re chilling in the capitol city of Fruitland!

Following your massage, you’ll hold the happy accident of Wisconsin’s favorite fruit aged in oak with an almost magical wild fermentation. A kaleidoscope of flavor discovered by accident in a sour ale!
